Refund Policy

• Payments made for our services are non-refundable once the project has commenced.
• Refund requests may only be considered in exceptional cases, such as duplicate payment or failure to deliver services as agreed.
• Any approved refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to Razorpay’s processing timelines.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation requests must be raised before the commencement of the project.
• Once the project work begins, cancellations will not be entertained.
