  • By initiating a payment, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment details.
  • We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details. These are handled by Razorpay as per their security policies.
  • Payments once made are non-transferable.

4. Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices for services will be communicated to clients in advance.
  • Applicable taxes (such as GST) will be levied as per government regulations.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Payments made for our services are generally non-refundable once the work has commenced.
  • Refund requests may be considered only in exceptional cases and at the sole discretion of AININE SVAGKAYA PRIVATE LIMITED.
  • No refunds will be processed for completed services.

6. Liability

  • AININE SVAGKAYA PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, services, or payment gateway.
  • Razorpay acts as a third-party payment processor, and any technical issues related to payment processing should be addressed with Razorpay.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.
